When I went down, it was quite busy with a lot of tables open. As for gambling, the urge struck me late Saturday afternoon. Room was nice, hotel staff were mostly great, pool area nice, and one bartender was exceptional but can’t recall his name. Not the level of service I expect paying over 300 night in Biloxi. Fortunately the matter was resolved, but required me to check in periodically to see if the room was ready versus them calling me when it was. I sat there dumbfounded beside my wife who has ALS and cannot walk and asked for the manager. This would have been a five star experience if they hadn’t given the handicapped accessible room I booked to someone else then told me there were no resolutions as all accessible rooms were booked.
